My account has severally been messed up and they will not fix my account. They said they would call me and two days and I haven't heard from them about the audit on my account. I will never have an account with them again and will never recommend them to a friend or enemy.

Very Bad customer service. Messed up my account and then won't fix it. Don't do business with them.

I called asking to talk to someone about Santander incorrectly reporting on my credit report and they gave me the number 866-923-9282
