My experience is very close to perez12345. Maria is the owner but lied to us also saying she is just the manager. She is also very deceptive in the room arrangement and make "rules" as she goes along ("rules" that will cost you money). For example when dinner is over she will lock up your beverages and you must buy water and sodas from her cash bar. I spent $11, 500 renting this facility. My guests asked for simple things like a cup of ice and were turned away in a rude way. There is not a warm atmosphere at this salon. Maria is over your shoulder all night and the feel is very combative. This business is not about your family or your event but only about making money. Think twice about renting from Maria. Dont let the nice facility fool you. BEWARE!

HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM MANAGER/OWNER, MARIA - I do not recommend this venue. I had my daughter's quinceanera at this place and the service was horrible. The place is very nice, but for me it was a nightmare and I just hope that you don't have the same experience as I did. The manager, lady by the name of Maria is the owner, but she will try to make you believe that she is not so that you cannot complaint about anything. She lied from the beginning telling me that she was not the owner and she was. When I first signed the contract she was nice and told us how that she would be there the day of the event in case we needed anything, and i just wished she wouldn't of because she basically was the one that gave us a hard time at the time of the event. I spend thousands of dollars at this place as she ruined the night for us. She was rude to our guest, she told me how nasty my cake was and was basically running the place. She would not follow instructions when serving the food when I even paid for the servers and waiters. She did what she wanted to do and was very disrespectful. At the end she also ran my family out of the place and not allowed them to help me get my stuff out. Don't know what's wrong with this lady. She is running the wrong business. You have to be friendly to be running this kind of business. Feel free to contact if you would like, will be glad.
