I've been to this salon multiple times and usually have been pretty satisfied with the service but each time before the last I have felt very uncomfortable being there because of the behavior of the staff and only kept going because of the price range. This time I had a wig sew on which I've never had before but I expected more but this time I really got what I paid for. First of all as I was getting my hair installed the stylist doing hair next to me kept looking over and commenting and was basically teaching the girl doing my hair what to do. Thats when I should have realized I was screwed. Eventually she gets done and I won't lie my hair looked great when I left but there were places around my edges where the lace was that supposed to be glued down that weren't. There was glue there but the lace wasn't sticking. I thought nothing of it and tied my hair down like the girl recommended to me before I left so the glue could have its 24 before it was fully dried. Three days later my wig is still peeling back around the edges and my face is sticky from glue that she called her self cleaning up when it ran down my face not to mention she brought my hairline barely a centimeter from the end of my eyebrow. Being one of her last clients before she would be out of the salon for a while could have been a reason why this didn't go well for me idk but I know I wont be returning again. Im done with this place.

This place is very unprofessional. I have been to this location on three different times with each ending in a problem. First time, I Had an appointment scheduled for Friday afternoon for over a week. I got a call Friday morning saying that they were no longer taking appointments on Friday and that I would have to do a walk in. Second time, I had a closure installed and the First Lady that was doing my hair said she wasn’t good at installing closures so the owner would apply my closure. Another person finished what she started and then the owner installed the closure. As I was leaving I thanked the second person that worked on my head and the owner. The First Lady started going back and forth with me in front of clients about me not thanking her. The owner said nothing to her employee. She just laughed. The third time, I was trying to do a walk in on a Friday and I called the day before and the morning of to make sure I would be able to get my hair done because I would be rushing. The guy that answered the phone said both the day before and the morning of that as long as I was in the seat before 6:30 I would be fine. I called at 5:30 on that Friday because I would be arriving at 6:15 to confirm a third time that 6:30 would still be okay and they said I had to be in the seat by 6:00pm. I called back to speak to the guy I spoke to the first time and they basically said “oh well, you have to come in the morning.”

Absolutely LOVED the FAST Service and hospitality!!! Jeremy slayed me and I'm all the way from SC !! If you want to get your hair done and STILL have plenty time to go and enjoy your evening, THIS IS THIS PLACE TO GO YALL !!! Love y'all Dearly!!!

Worst hair ever! They don't know how to do hair properly. You get what you pay for. I've never been so disappointed.

I've had my hair done 3times there. I've always had someone different. Never had a problem but the last time the thread looked like traditional thread for sewing clothes not hair. 2 days later the thread had popped. They fixed it for free. Then 2weeks later the thread popped again. I called them they said its a charge after 14days. The customer service was unsatisfactory. Then few days later thread popped again. I won't be back.

Lace Me Salon is the best salon with the best price in Dallas. They are nice, professional and efficient. The staff is pleasant and have good attitudes and live what they do. The salon is clean and has a good location.

I love Lace Me Salon. Very affordable, professional and comfortable environment. I have went several times to get my hair done and loved my hair every time. I love talking with Jheri the owner and stylist. She gives me great tips and advice to keep my hair looking good and healthy. I would recommend Lace Me to everybody.

I have been a customer for one year. Love , love how friendly & educated the staff are at the shop. Tammy is my stylist, always keeping my hair flawless! I live nearly almost an hour away, and don't mind the drive . It is always and totally worth my time and money going out there. Not to mention how quick their services are!

I have never been to a salon that offers same day full sew ins! The staff was amazing and the service was quick. From the time I entered the salon, the receptionist greeted me politely and went over the price for my services. My stylist, Tammy, was amazing and she genuinely cared about me as a client. There was no gossiping, no laughing at other clients and that's what I admire the most about this salon. They have gained a customer FOR LIFE!!

I made a SAME day appt on a SUNDAY and its at a salon!! The place was very clean and organized. This place is definitely a little kept secret bc of the surrounding neighborhood. Do not let the outside fool you!!! My appt was supposde to take 3 hours and it took 2 hours. VERY FAST but they were very precise! Ive already told 4 people where to go after they saw my hair and they cannot wait to schedule an appt!! This is the first time Ive left a salon and been 100% satisfied! PRICES are EXTREMELY reasonable!! Definitely my new home!!

This is the most professional salon I have been to . I love this place they are knowledgable fast and talented. Fresh new stylist that knows what you need and want I can book online and come in on Sundays enough said
