I have been using this company for a few years now. Going to airports and going out with friends around the city using them all the time. They are very reliable, safe, on time, and have outstanding clean cars. This is the most reliable company with an incredible service I have ever used. So I highly recommend to everyone if they ever need a ride to use their service. I'm sure everyone will love and appreciate my recommendation.

This driver is completely dishonest and theft. He took my daughter 6 miles up the road and charged her 45.00 dollars when I called him on it he said I told her upfront. My duagther says he said it after he got her to her destination. He took advantage of 16yr old girl.

Very kind and considerate. I received front door service at each location. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the Irving area!!!

RW Transportation was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. I loved the smoothe ride too! Large, roomy suburban, clean with leather interior. The price was more than fair and my husband and I will definitely call on him again!

Some cabs don't pick u up for a return trip but this company has picked us up at fast and efficient from our original pick up. It's hard at two am in Dallas to get picked up fast but Rw has done it over six times . We use this service every week .

We have been using RW TRANSPORTATION service for over a year and have had a wonderful experience with them. I and my other girl friend travel almost three or four times a month and we also have them for local outgoing trips. It's a price is absolutely fair and reasonable with an outstanding service. and every driver that we had for the service were very professional,polite, friendly and on time.its never been late and all the time arrived at the requested time. I highly recommend RW TAXI AND CAR SERVICES for anybody who need a reliable, clean, safe and on time ride in the DFW Metro area.

I had a terrible experience. It took the driver an hour to get me and I can understand because it's traffic but still a whole hour. He took the longest way possible to get to my destination and I know he did it in purpose because I kept telling him it was a faster way but he didn't listen he also drove 45 mph on the freeway. It took him 50 minutes almost an hour to get me to my destination that only takes 15 minutes and tried to take advantage of me and started yelling when I told him knew he was scamming. Please don't use them, it's just a big scam. I was honestly scared and me being a young female I thought he was going to harm me when he got so irate

I really liked the service, they were very polite helpful and on time,where I was and got me to my destination With a very clean, fabulous and awesome smelling luxurious vehicle. It's an outstanding ,reliable and a very reasonable price!

Dishonest driver! I was charged $19 to go from Residence Inn on N Stemmons Fwy to Love Field (a drive of all of 7 minutes). Driver had no credit card machine so instead used a pencil to take an imprint of my card. I signed the receipt (which I have) for $19 and apparently he added an extra $7 to my credit card for a tip after I left. Outrageous behavior! I noticed the overcharge when I saw my credit card statement. When I called the business today, the person answering the phone indicated he refunded my card and I will see the refund tomorrow (we'll see). He said the receipt he has shows a $7 tip. I repeated that MY receipt shows $19 total. He also brought his 5 year old son who was not in a seat belt. Very unprofessional. UPDATE: The owner has not refunded the $7 as promised (no surprise there). He said he spoke to the driver who said "she told me as she was leaving to add a $7 tip to the charge." Now why would I leave a tip of nearly 40% and why would I not want an accurate receipt to turn in to the company for reimbursement? Also, the owner called me to complain that I posted this review. Somehow he thinks I'm at fault because he has a dishonest and unethical driver and yet he's decided to perpetuate the problem by not refunding me as he promised to do. UPDATE: The owner HAS refunded the $7. I appreciate that he did what he said he would. This may be a decent business with just a bad driver.

Very courteous driver and well versed of the entire city of Dallas we used him a number of times for all our airport trips he. is always 15 minutes early before pick up time thank you very much for this perfect service

Driver showed up in like 5-6 minutes in a very clean Chevy suburban dressed in all white. Very friendly.

I used RW transport twice during my trip in December , and would highly recommend! On each occasion he showed up promptly and provided a great service. He spoke perfect English and was very polite .It was great having food/water provided for my trip up, as well as a few beers on the way back to airport

He gave me his personal number and I will use him every time I come back to Dallas

Absolutely the worst experience ever.......it took the driver 2 hours to pick us up and we were only 11 miles away from our hotel. He brought his 5 year old son and allowed him to remain without a seatbelt. There was not enough seats for all passengers because of the child. We babysat the child by reading a book and playing on an ipad. When asked if we got a discount for waiting so long, the driver acted like it was our fault and was extremely rude and nasty cursing at us (in front of the.child) and yelling. We called the main # and they did nothing except say thank you for your feedback. Very unprofessional unorganized business!!!!!#
