Mr. Margalli made our car buying experience less nerve racking. He was very well knowledge of the car we wanted to test drive.

I asked for an internet price for the odyssey and Eric Lucy responded in a timely manner. I liked that the dealer package which is usually required was optional. The quote Eric sent me had the price of the car with destination, handling and ttl included so I knew all the costs associated with the deal before I visited. Eric is very knowledgeable about the car and was super friendly. He worked to get me the price I wanted.

Was a great experience took great care to get me a great interest rate and into the vehicle I wanted. Everyone was just as friendly as if you were part of the family,so we are looking on buying another as soon as can get a new deal put together on our other vehicle,and just love the Odyssey touring elite.

They were also straightforward about payment options and which cars fit within my budget.

This was the second vehicle we purchased from Rusty Wallis and likely will not be the last despite at least two other Honda dealerships located closer to me.

I recommend this dealership with the highest 5-star rating because their employees, specifically those with whom I worked, were competent, congeniel, and professional hammering out a fantastic deal for me taking into consideration the dealership's/customer's needs. These people treat people with dignity/respect. Mr. Abidi was patient/flexible. Mr. Taylor knew the key selling points of the vehicle I selected and adeptly pointed them out to me. After the sale,he called me three times to ensure I was familiar/satisfied the vehicle. He even called to wish me a Happy Birthday. These extra little touches make them special. Both of them went above and beyond with me. I have bought a number of cars,and this, by far, has been my most pleasant/productive experience. If possible, I would give the dealership and these employees an even higher rating. I love my new Honda Civic, and I plan on driving it for many years to come. It is truly an outstanding and remarkable vehicle - true quality in every respect.
