I just left Rudy's and had the poorest customer service possible. I placed my order for 3 tenders and 3 pieces of chicken with a breast. I went back to the window and asked the young man could I switch the CHICKEN for 4 wings, he said yes, the price will be the same. I told my husband it should be less, just let the 95 cent go. They gave me the original order, no wings. I returned the order, gave the whole bag like the lady with the gap teeth asked. The 2nd bag contained the 3 pieces of chicken and a order of wings. I went back and gave them the order back again. The 3rd order contained two orders of tenders. They young man told me and the staff at Rudy's that I told him something different. He gave me my money back and said we had to start over. I placed a fourth order, 3 tenders and 4 wings. The lady, no disrespect with the gap teeth, came to window and asked me what did I order the first time. I explained, she wanted to know why I gave all the chicken back. I told her so they could see the order was wrong. The lady, told me Mr. Rudy would just refuse service to me, because they were throwing chicken away left and right, and Mr. Rudy would not want that. I took my $12 back, asked for a contact number, which she provided. I called and left my phone number for the owner, not sure if he will call back. The lady said there was obviously a communication problem. I clearly told her that I did not make a mistake, it was the person who took the order. The young man, got mad and walked away from the window. It is very obvious that he is a student and probably should not be taking orders. I would suggest that Rudy's check his school grades before allowing him to work. I would also suggest that the lady who spoke with me, not be so quick to take the side of a person who is flat out lying. He became frustrated, there was no reason to lie on the customer. I doubt that I will ever go back to Rudy's again. I am only one customer and will not hurt their business for sure. The truth is in the pudding, how many times how people had to return their order's to Rudy's because it was wrong. There is a sign up and I followed the instructions, return the food in order for a refund or exchange. I never told them to throw away the tenders or the wings, the only chicken they had to throw away is the 3 piece with a breast. His math was wrong as well, 1st order was $12.45, included extra seasoning for 1 order.

I used to love to tease I spent two hours today there trying to get my order right still couldn't get my order right I'm very disgusted by vinegar I don't like pickled peppers or pickles I kept telling them please no pickles no peppers no matter what they kept putting them in there and they couldn't give me the right chicken I ordered tenders I told him I wanted to order 5 Peace tenders they kept giving me regular chicken I will never go to Rudys again and when they finally gave me the tenders there burnt hard they hid them under the fries this is pathetic Rudy's

I'm not sure what happened but the wings were so small. They could've given more wings for the price. I like Rudy's and will definitely go back but they need to give more wings especially if the wings are small.

Southern Fried Pride! "Hood" chicken at it's very best. Fries are great. A little crowded but worth the wait.
