Stay away from Yes communities, terrible management , tons of bogus fees, maintenance takes forever ,and god forbid you dont pay your rent on the 1st they file for eviction. Place looks visually great but once they get you to sign the contracts the monsters they realy are come to life. Check google reviews. Don't get fooled like some of us.
