The first time I had Rocco's pizza I was incredibly impressed, the second time on the other hand was a horrible experience. I ordered online and recieved an email confirming that the pizza would be delivered in an hour. An hour and 15 minures went by and there was no pizza. I called Roccos, gave my confirmation number, and the lady apologized for the delay and said it was on its way. 30 minutes later it had still not arrived, I called again. Again I was told it was on its way (I'm only about 5-10 minutes away from Roccos) I informed the lady that I would be expecting a discount. Ten minutes later I received a call stating that my order had somehow been dropped, never made, and that I could expect it in 20 minutes. This tells me that not only have I been waiting for my pizza for 2 hours, I have also been lied to TWICE. UNEXCEPTABLE! I informed that I would be expecting the pizza to be free, she put me through to the manager, he said he would not even give me a discount, but he would give me 2 canolli's. Again UNEXCEPTABLE. After trying to come to some agreement I finally told them to keep their pizza. After all, this is Dallas, I can find tons of other fabulous pizza places that will taste great and more importantly treat me like a valued customer,
