Hello world I was sike to join this community heard a lot of good things about it till my visit . I off and on visit these apartments for the last few months I'm not impressed. There first few months quiet and peace after that everything did 180 . I witness 10 cop cars in front apartments patrolling like something big happen on property. Then on another occasion I watch cops walking on foot searching for someone guns out. It scared me never saw stuff like that before . At night I heard gun fire oh my god what is going on in there? Two people got there apartment broke into the other week that was the final straw . I have two kids and my wife we told them we decline . I will not put them in harm's way. I ask the manager Robin Blackburn to only seeks money doesn't care for tenant safety. I address her about incident she brush it under rug like it wasn't serious. Her assist is so nieve has a attitude problem to be such dwarf . It not the same Riverwalk I heard about Dont be fool move in . Walk in to see unit downstair upstairs neighbors boom boom ceiling and walking around like they weight 2000 pounds. There no good sound insulation in these apartments. Took many criminal activity going on I walked past. They want all that money but allow any one to move in , break ins, and all kinds of criminal activities oh no this will not work .
