I love this place, I live in San Antonio and when I call I get the best service and I almost always get my medicine the next day. They take care of everything in between, all I have to do is call. Pretty neat not having to go to the pharmacy!

I have been trying to call and get my prescription paid for and sent out for over a month but every time i call on the phone they say "We'll call you back we don't know the price yet" and then no call. This same thing has happened twice already and ive had to give my coupons over the phone twice as if i never even talked to anybody about my prescriptions. I finally got a call back which i couldn't answer right away. Then when i called back the same thing happened again as if i had never called before. "We'll have to call you back we don't know the price yet"....Then why did i get a call back if nothing had changed??? Super frustrated.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I've worked with in terms of terrible customer service. The reps have failed to follow up with me several times as promised. I have to wait on average 15-20 minutes every time for a rep to even answer my call. It seems as if the customer database system they use constantly has issues. When I requested to provide customer service feedback directly, I was given an email (rxpromise@ritecarerx.com) that was undeliverable, which is why I am leaving my feedback on this page. Overall, the customer service is very disorganized and unreliable.
