If you dont need your goods on time and dont want return phone calls - this is the vanline for you. Our goods were more than 30 days late. Read the fine print - a vanline has 21 days from the earliest delivery date to get your goods to you - that is business days - per the trucking industry. Righteous did not only go past the 21 business days - they went beyond 30 days. My goods were requested for a delivery on Dec 11th. The goods arrived Jan 17th. I initially have not written reviews because the owner promised to send me $400 to compensate for the late delivery. It is Oct and i have yet to receive the funds or have my calls returned from the owner Alex. I have emails and texts stating they would send funds from the time this began but no return communication now for several months. The $400 would have only partially covered the items we had to go purchase waiting for things to arrive. Very disappointed.
