Richland College Library, a division of Richland College and located in Dallas, provides professional librarians who teach information literacy skills and assist students in their research areas. The library has a large electronic database and over 90,000 books. It also offers access to Web sites and Internet search engines on more than 60 public computers. The library s instruction program offers free classes on searching the Web and library catalog, documenting research, and other topics to help students access information. Other services include study spaces for individuals and groups, magazines and newspapers, faculty reserve materials, printing and photocopying.
