Worst experience ever. Countless scheduling incidents, disrespectful staff and a rude manager with the least sense of customer service.

If you have had laser hair removal treatments before, you know that it hurts, especially in sensitive areas (there’s a reason why they recommend using numbing cream). During my last treatment I run out of numbing cream half way through my legs that morning, so I didn’t have any cream on for my Brazilian. I though, ouch, this is going to hurt!. Well, I didn’t feel any pain at all. I mentioned that to the technician while she was working on my Brazilian and the answer I got was “that means it is working”. What? That was the first of quite a few no-sense remarks. She even had the nerve to make offensive comments about my body size. Excuse me? I didn’t believe my ears.

Normally, the following days after treatment, hair in the treated area seems to grow back but it is actually falling off because of dead follicles. This time not a single hair fell off. To me that means that, either the machine was not working the way it should or the technician was not properly trained. I’m inclined to think the second. The technician, a pregnant lady, wasn’t even wearing protective eyewear. Not that I care much, but that tells you a lot about the level of training that Renew Beauty provides to their technicians.

And if you think talking to the manager is going to be of any help, think again. The “manager” is rude, disrespectful and cocky. No matter how much they messed up you are never going to get her to admit their mistake, let alone offering an apology.

Don’t waste your money, time, energy or patience. You are going to lose them all and go back home with the only thing you didn’t want, your unwanted hair. Way to go, Renew Beauty!

I've wrote a wonderful review for this location before... HOWEVER, today was a huge disappointment with the manager, Luis, she was so impolite...

As the new receptionist was helping me out (she was having trouble) the manager, Luis, interrupted us by saying "I'm the mangager." not "How is everything going? Is there something I can help you with" Just stating the fact she was a manager to me. She didn't even ask me any questions she simply was trying to get me out the door, not knowing I hadn't set up my next appointment or answering my question about my groupon.

She talked down to the receptionist and told her she was basically doing everything wrong right in front of me, a customer. I felt bad for the new girl.

Then she stated "Oh so you're scheduling for an appointment six weeks out." again a statement not a question. I responded by saying "Oh, 8 weeks" and Luis replied "It's 6 weeks." with this look as if I did not know anything. I explained to her that the technician told me 8. Her response was "It's 6 weeks, I'm the manager." By this time I was quite aware that she was the manager and it ticked me off that she kept repeating it as if it explained anything. Simply say oh she probably said it by mistake or something. I mean come on the tech even wrote 8 weeks on my file, I saw it.

All in all, when I finally had a chance to talk to her about my previous groupon that I did not complete. She blew me off by telling me she had a thousand things to do and simply did not have the time to talk to me. That she will call me back when she gets a chance to look at the file. I was shocked. What kind of customer service is this especially coming from a manager.

I had a few positive experience with Luis before. She was nice and polite before. Despite any hectic situation or problems you have, as a manager you should be able to handle any situation with a customer with professional manners. I will not be returning to this location due to this experience. Like people always say, the negative experience always out weighs the positive experience...

Again the techs here are awesome! Whitney and Christina are great but the manager truly needs a wake up call on how she treats her employees and any customer....

Do not use their services! As proof I would show them the scars on my face from an ill-trained technician using the fotofacial machine. I was not burned, the skin was taken off. I have addressed it with the salon and they sent me some cream to help my skin heal.

I have been a client of Renew Spa for five years. The people who provide the services are awesome, the equipment is the best in the business and the products used are top of the line.

Whitney has always been my esthetician for my facials and laser hair removal needs. She is always professional, caring and knowledgeable about all her services. I look forward to seeing her again and enjoying my facial. She is terrific!

Treena and Amber take great care to give me the best manicure and pedicure ever. They have a wonderful attitude and they are fun to talk with while they are working their butts off. I highly recommend both of them. Try the Shellac manicure. It doesn’t chip for two weeks on me and I can wear any color I want.

Monica does my hair and she has a real gift for choosing the right color for my hair and she goes above and beyond to satisfy me. You can tell she loves what she does and going the extra mile for her client.

My second session with my lase...

My second session with my laser specilist went extremely bad. i called them up today and they did not respond back. My first session was extremely well. But this second session has given me brown patches on my legs. I will call them tomorrow and check whats going on. I am really pissed but dont want to stress myself out without talking to them.

I am responding to the above reviews by Dave Tan, Jeanne Gwilym, Letizia Helene, Gabrielle B. These reviews are so far fetch and completely ridiculously untrue, i can't imagine anyone taking them seriously. It's very apparent that whoever wrote these reviews is the same one person making up multiple accounts/names, and its obvious it's the same disgruntled former employee. I have been working for renew for 3 yrs now, and this is by far the best company i have ever worked for. This is a very honest company and management does everything in their power to keep their employees/customers happy. Feel free to call me at Renew I am always here! I am a real person, not a fake name to write bad reviews.

I have been going to Renew Bea...

I have been going to Renew Beauty Med Spa for many months now, all thanks to LivingSocial and a great deals it has. It all began after my husband purchased a one session Photofacial. It was a gift for my birthday. I had an amazing time there. Even though my appointment was late because the nurse was finishing off with another client, the staff there took care of me. They asked me if I needed anything and gave me a cup of coffee. After the procedure, My face felt much better than before. Smooth and silky. I asked my husband how much was the deal, he told me it was very cheap compared to other spas. I  am their loyal customer. Ask for Jessica at the front desk if you are interested.

LivingSocial.com did save my body from turning into big chunk of cellulite. I tried everything from working out to running, even went far as not eating for many days. Nothing helped. My girlfriend suggest that I try VelaShape to reduce the amount of cellulite. She did it before at some spa and after a couple of months, she looked better than ever. The only problem was, It costs a lot of money but I didn't have as much money as her. So I turned to deal of the days sites like Living Social. It's quite famous here in States. I bough a voucher for a couple of VelaShape sessions at Renew Beauty Med Spa in Dallas. Today was my first treatment with Cindy and I have to tell you that I liked it very much. I don't see the results right now but it is still too early to tell. Tomorrow is my second appointment. So far, I like how she handles the machine. I did not feel pain, only mild discomfort. My experience with Renew Bea...

My experience with Renew Beauty Med Spa was a good one. I heard from friends and a lot of people online were really blaming them for poor service and ripping customers off. But I wanted to try it for myself to see what all the buzz was about. I purchased a cheap deal that offered one session of teeth whitening with Brenda. I live close to Dallas because the spa was there so the drive was pretty fast there. The whole procedure from star to finish took about an hour plus or minus a few minutes. It was rather painless. I am sensitive to pain but surprisingly was fully relaxed throughout the whole thing. My teeth felt very white after it. Brenda also gave me a free samples to take home which included a teeth whitening pen.

I wanted to do a medical peel ...

I wanted to do a medical peel and look very attractive when I am out with my friends. But it is very expensive everywhere I went to. UNTIL I stepped into Renew Beauty Med Spa, located in Dallas. Their chemical peel there is pain-free, affordable and most of all, they have products that are top of the line. I was very surprised by such a low price. If you want a chemical peel done with great care, ask for Whitney at the front desk. I will be definitely coming back again for more!

Four years of having bad breat...

Four years of having bad breath and yellow teeth, drove my nuts. My girlfriend could not stand it any more. She brought me to Renew Beauty Med Spa in Dallas (The closes location to us). She had already been there to clean her teeth and she loved it. Now it was my turn. I am generally a chicken when it comes to pain and doctors. BUT my judgement was wrong. The procedure was painless and fast. I think it's because they have the latest in technology. Ask for Brenda if you want your teeth to be as shiny as the sun

I am battling with my weight p...

I am battling with my weight problem all my life. I tried everything from dieting to pills but nothing seems to help. My girlfriend told me of Renew Beauty Med Spa in Dallas, that they offer a procedure called "Velashape" which removes fat. I always dreamed of a perfect ...

I always dreamed of a perfect skin. Unfortunately that is not the case for me. Or so I thought. After visiting Renew Beauty Med Spa in Dallas, my dream came true. I had a Non surgical skin tightening procedure done to me by a wonderful employee there, named Jessica. She was very gentle, understanding of my problem and extremely experienced. The prices there are something that I have never seen before. I thought it would drain my wallet but it was cheap. Go on their website and be sure to book and appointment with them.

I am an overweight woman that ...

I am an overweight woman that has been struggling with stretch marks on my stomach. I am trying to Loose weight but most of all, I just can't get rid of those marks. Renew Beauty Med Spa located in Dallas, (close to my home) got rid of them for me. I was very surprised how easy and pain-free the procedure was. Ask for Felicia at the reception. She has the hands of God. I was also satisfied with the Spa because their prices are very affordable!
