He then proceeds to leave no option other than answering with a yes, judging by the look on his face at the time. He then walks me to the Head of Fiances office and asks that she cut me a check for $100.

After days of tortuous deliberation, I decided that I couldn't betray myself and the ideals that I believed in and take the money. I proceeded to the office and handed the check back while informing the Head of Finance of the above occurrence and told that it would be handled and everything would be fine.
Not ten minutes later, I was called again into her office and told that the owner would like to accept my resignation and that I would not longer be employed at the company and escorted to the door.

I guess this business owner did not realize that I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and am highly versed in the laws regarding workplace dress codes considering the fact that I do no cut my hair for religious convictions.

I enjoy working with this laboratory.The staff is friendly and always helpful.
Our cases are always delivered on time and accurate. I highly recommend this lab.

If it were possible to rate this business with 0 stars I certainly would. My experience with this company was nothing, if not horrific.

I was hired to work for Reliable Dental Laboratory as a Courier for delivering completed molds and requisitions.

I was hired, signed my I-9 forms, and trained on the job for two days before being called into the office of the owner of the company.

He explained that he saw a huge problem with the length of my hair and that if I truly wanted to work for this company that I should be inclined to cut it. He then proceeded to tell me that if I were to agree to cut it, I would receive a "bonus" for my the "exceptional job" that I had been doing. He made sure to add that I was not allowed to tell any of the other management or employees that I had received this payment for service.

I have worked with this lab for years and they have always been very helpful. They have gone out of their way to finish difficult cases.
