TERRIBLE!!! That's all you need to know. I hired them for a traffic ticket months ago and literally have not had ANY communication from them since. I called about a month ago to find out the status and was on the phone over 10 minutes to find out they really didn't know. They told me they would contact me once they heard from the court. Last week I recieved a court date notice from the court directly. I called the London office and they have no clue about my court date. When I called I was on hold over 10 minutes to finally be told she would call the court then call me back. The girl never called me back. Today I called again, spoke with the same girl, was placed on hold 10 minutes, then a guy "Carlos" answered asking how he could help me without any previous knowledge of my call. So I have no idea what the girl before was doing the entire 10 minutes I was holding. Carlos stated the same thing as the first time I called... that there is no information on a court date and he would need to call the court to find out and call me back. We will see... Of course I will never use them again, but hopefully I can save you the trouble by warning you now if you are reading this! Get someone else to handle your case!!!

Very happy with this law firm. I hired them after a traffic violation and they were very helpful. His staff were very professional and polite. Can't say enough good things about them.

I hired this attorneys office for 5 traffic violations that I had since way back that were in warrant status, The attorney helped me with all the tickets and got the tickets off of my record. I would recommend this office to any and everyone.

The staff here is amazing and professional. My tickets were handled in a timely manner. I was able to complete the ticket application online without any hassle. The staff called me back and answered all my questions. My ticket was reduced and I was a happy camper because of it.

Anytime I or any member of my family receive tickets or need legal advice we call London and London. Most recently we had help with a criminal case in Dallas. The attorney handling our case listened to what we had to say and took our feelings into account with everything that was done. My family member was not found guilty and justice was done. Great Law Firm! If your looking for an attorney for traffic violations around the Dallas county area I recommend coming to these guys. Their prices are affordable and they make the process on getting started fast and easy. I didn't have to go to court. They handle just about everything for me and mailed my results from court to me. I had 4 old tickets in city of Dallas and Mr. London got all my warrants lifted and worked out a deal for me in court. Two of my tickets were dismissed and the other two got on deferred so I had to pay the reduced cost of my tickets and the court gave me plenty of time to do it so I could keep it off my record! I'm glad I made the choice by going with them.

I had some recent tickets out in Mesquite for some stupid charges about a red light anyways Mr. London went to court and was able to dismiss a couple of those tickets. The cool thing is I saved some money going with his law firm. Going to recommend some of my buddies to him.

I decided to hire London and London to take care of my tickets. I was really skeptical about at first because of what they said they would do for only $50, they lifted my warrant and went to court for me on my ticket in the city of Dallas. I try to take care of it my self, but because i took to long and let it go in to warrant, the court didn't allow me to show them proof for my no insurance ticket. Hiring London and London was probably the best decision i made in a long time lol.

I hired London and London to help me with some tickets that I had in mesquite in Addison and Dallas. I work 6 days a week and I was not able to go into their office. London made it easy for me I did my application online and called the office to make a my payment over the phone. They were honest and upfront with me they told me it wasn't guaranteed that my tickets would be dismissed but that they would try. They lifted my warrants and went to court for me, I didn't have to take time off work for all those different courts. Well, some of my tickets were dismissed and the rest I had to pay the reduced cost to the courts but this bought me time to save money to make my payments and keep this tickets off my record. I would definitely recommend this law office to my friends and family. They were good Help.

This law firm probably has the most incompetent people working at it. I hired them to handle two traffic violations, and then I had two documents mailed to me by their office yet when I called to confirm what I needed to do on my end they were useless. I was told the attorneys were gone and someone would call me back. I waited until the next week with no call back which is very unprofessional. Once they get your money they could care less if you need their assistance. So I called back, and once again pretty much useless. I was put on hold for about 7 mins only to be told they did not have a copy of the forms that were sent to me so I would need to call the court. Do not waste your money or time with these amateurs. There are only about 100 plus other law firms you can contact.

My name Travis and I have a commercial license. I heard of the London office before and needed some help asap. He was able to dismiss my speeding ticket out in Wilmer. I like that and the office seemed real nice when I spoke with them, they even told me not to worry about going to my court date. I'll be recommending them out to my friends.

I recently hired this firm back in May for some city of Dallas Tickets. I really don't use law firms but the young lady who I spoke to made me feel comfortable about my choice any who long story short I got three of my tickets dismissed and hopefully I don't get anymore tickets but if I do I'm choosing this law firm again

i wish i would have read all the horrible reviews about this "firm" before i bothered with them. Do NOT retain this firm for ANYTHING - there are plenty of other responsible attorneys out there. This firm will not care about you or anything that happens to your case after they collect your $ - they actually created MORE trouble for me than if i would have just gone to court on my citation myself. After retaining them, all court correspondence was mailed directly to them, however, they completely failed to notify me of all court orders which they signed on my behalf. Because of their complete and utter negligence, I am now summoned to personally appear in court for failure to comply with a court order! When I called demanding answers, I was told that I need to come in on a SATURDAY between 10-2 to talk to the attorney!
