Wow...where to begin. We spent almost $40K with Nob Hill on our new home. They sent me invoices 1 year after we moved in saying that we didn't pay them. They double invoiced for items. Now we have a shower that won't work. I called to see about getting a new part. Was told it was under warranty. When I arrived to pick up part (after 4 weeks of waiting and no shower), I was told I had to pay for the part and I would have to deal with the manufacturer myself to get money back. I called the owner an a***ole and he proceeded to pick up the part and walked to the back and said I couldn't have it. I would never in a million years recommend Nob Hill to anyone. DO NOT go to this store.

The plumbers called promptly before arrival, arrived on time, and fixed my issue quickly. They were courteous, professional, and cleaned up after they were done. The price that I was quoted over the phone was correct upon completion and very reasonable according to the worked performed. I have used a number of plumbers in the past few years and have never enjoyed the service provided. Reeves Family Plumbing is the first service that I expect to call again if I need work done.

They not only showed up on time. They told me I would not have the problem by the time they left. They were correct. And it did not take them long at all. Friendly, quick, and fix the problem.

A first class job, from start to finish. A knowledgeable person answered their phone and gave helpful answers and an estimate. Their team showed up promptly, found my leak and fixed it. I found them to be professional, courteous and skilled. They charged me fairly for the work that was required. I am very happy with the experience and I will recommend them to all my neighbors.

We just moved into our house and could not figure out what was wrong with the commode. We have never really needed a plumber before (my husband usually takes over) and were really sceptical. We called and they sent someone out and he was fantastic! Our problem was quickly solved and it didn't cost us an arm and leg! Hopefully we won't need a plumber again, but if we do, we will call them.

We can't say enough good things about the service we received. Had a problem with out water heater and was absolutely thrilled when we found out it didn't need to be replaced. (It only needed a part) They have us as customers from now on.

After checking the reviews of multiple plumbing companies in my area I ended up calling Reeves because of the quantity and quality of comments that had been previously left for them. I had a hot water heater on which the pilot light would not stay lit. The technician I initially spoke with asked who the manufacturer was and knew immediately that it was a known issue that would be covered under warranty. He pointed me in the direction of getting the part replaced and repaired at no cost to myself and at no hassle to them. This type of honesty is a wonderful breath of fresh air and has prompted me to permanently add them to my list of preferred vendors. Thank you Reeves Family Plumbing! I hope I never need your services but if I do, or know of someone who does, I certainly will not hesitate to call again and will happily and sincerely recommend your service to others. Five Stars all the way.

When I called them up to fix a leak in a copper pipe, I was told that they charge by the hour (just under $100) plus parts. But when they came over, they quoted a total of $375 (no breakdown - no estimate of time provided). Since there was a $50 charge (irrespective of whether they did the work or not), I agreed to it (I thought it was going to be time consuming work). But after I agreed to the estimate, it took them a total of 28 minutes to complete the work. Even if they round up to the next hour, it still doesn't add up to $375 (the only part they replaced was a flex line (under $5 at lowes)



So, to summarize, their quality of work and the professionalism of the workers is good. Their pricing seems to be random (at least that's what I felt).

I don't expect the leak to re-appear, but if it does (within 90 days), I think they will address it (based on their professionalism so far)

We needed two water heaters installed and these guys were outstanding. They came out and were very professional and we were very happy with the service they provided.

Best plumber I've used. Arrived when scheduled. Cleaned out tub drain after 3 failed attempts by other plumbers. He actually cleaned up the tub afterwards..... I asked him if he did windows.... LOL.Highly recommended. Will definitely use in the future.

I had them repair a Toilet and they did a great Job. I will use this company again.

One of the handle of faucet in the bathroom sink is rusted. I wanted to repair it. I called and the office clerk sent his plumber out. The plumber came and simply said he could not fix it, have to change the whole thing. Then the office wanted to charge the trip fee 49 $ which she never mentioned at first. She was very rude on the phone and simply said I did not ask for the estimate at first. I told her that I did not know what the problem was and could not make the decision which faucet I should buy. Meanwhile the plumber did not have anything on him. Fortunately I was free that afternoon and rush to Home depot to get a whatever faucet works at the time. The plumber is nice and install it nicely. The total cost winded up with 100$ faucet, 150$ installation fee, which I was not prepared.

Wanted to use a family owned company and was really happy with the results. They installed a tankless water heater and were very knowledgable and helpful with the whole process. Will recommend them to our friends.

We noticed we were using a lot of water. They came out and found we had a slab leak. They fixed the problem and were clean and professional while doing so. Will definately use them again.

A+++ Service. They were also the cleanest plumber I have EVER had! The were professional and I will use them again.

I have used them a couple of times and they were prompt, friendly and priced fairly. I will use them again for future issues.

This company was responsive when no one else would help. Friendly team and great value.

Three other plumbing companies had been out and tried to find my leak that was in the wall and was unsuccessful. When these guys came out they had it located in about 15 minutes! Very knowledgable and better pricing than the other three companies. We'll definately call them first next time.
