The course was quite good. Ms. Worthinger is easy to listen to. I thought she got off to a slow start, but eventually moved along reasonably quickly. I also thought she demonstrated a good deal of patience with some of the questions. Clearly some of the people were not listening at times because some questions were redundant. I did not realize that the same course was available as a recorded program. I think I would have preferred that format since it obviously would permit reviewing the material multiple times, Also I was not told that one must go to a remote location to pass the certification test. For me this will require at least a two hour drive each way, presumably taking the better part of a full day. I was a bit disappointed to find this out. I think the Jeremy should have explained this during our phone conversation. Also, I understand that you are trying to sell additional products and services, but I thought a bit too much time was spent on advertising. I think most people who feel they need more training will request it and don't really need the sales pitch.

This class is amazing! The size of the class was just right because everybody got their questions answered. The instructor, Amy Marks, was extremely patient in answering everybody's questions. If you use QuickBooks Online, you need to take this course!

I was in the class in Santa Monica on Monday and Tuesday. The instructor was Chuck Dunn. Do to my crazy family and travel time, I was only able to get about 2 hours sleep that Sunday night. I was dreading the class because I knew I would be too tired to pay attention and wouldn't get much out of it. Well, that was not the case. Chuck was fantastic. I never got tired even once. I already use quick books and thought I was pretty good at it but I learned so much from him. He was wonderful and really taught me a lot. I really am glad I went to the class, totally worth the money. Thank you

Seminar #10954 in Knoxville TN on Aug 8&9 by Chuck Dunn. Great teacher, good sense of humor, kept things interesting and informative at the same time. Extremely knowledgeable about Quickbooks and all aspects of the workings of the software. Even when he was not sure of the answer, he would make a note to ask, and gave his email address for further contact if needed, Would highly recommend this class, and this instructor.

I attended a class for QuickBooks Online last week and wanted to let you know that it was very helpful. Your trainer Chuck Dunn was a great teacher and helped us to laugh a little too.

just attended your Master QuickBooks in 2 days course in Long Beach, CA with instructor, Chuck Dunn. Chuck was great and very thorough! He was willing to answer questions during lunch and at the end of the day to make sure we got the help that we needed. Great class! I would recommend it to anyone needing QB training.

I recently completed a 2 two day Mastering QuickBooks and 1 day Payroll live class. Both sessions were of extreme value to my bookkeeping business which I have just begun after returning to the US from Australia. The most common bookkeeping program in Australia is through MYOB and I needed to get a good overview of the capabilities and pitfalls of QuickBooks which all of my new clients use. I was extremely satisfied with the course and realize now that it is the best thing I did. I would highly recommend Real World Training to anyone who wants to learn or teach their staff how to better understand and utilize the software program.
