Park Cities Ford Lincoln Mercury is perhaps the most nicest and most patient dealership I have ever dealt with. Even my mother that was accompanying me that day said she has never seen a dealership so friendly.

I really enjoyed working with Stan, Pierre and especially Chris! It's great giving him a hard time when I revisit the dealership. Relationships are important for return customer and he has the right personality! Thanks

Travis Evans and David Hayes did an excellent job, were personable, knowledgeable, not pushy at all. Their email Reponses before I came to test drive and after the dale to check up on how thighs were going was great!

I have been very pleased with my sales experience at Park Cities Ford. David Jaffe was very helpful and accommodating when I finally decided which Taurus I wanted, emailed me and called me after the sale to see if I was satisfied, an made arrangements to have the extra tint removed from my windows upon my request. On different occasions when I was waiting for paper work to be completed or see David, carious employees would walk by and ask if I was being helped. I appreciated the friendliness and professionalism at Park Cities Ford!!!

I went to Park Cities Ford today to see what the prices are on a new Ford F-150 pickup truck. I was really amazed at the beauty and comfort of the 2010 pickups. They are really very luxurious and you can get all sorts of goodies with it.



Ok enough of that, I got a great trade-in value on my old F-150 and a great low price on the new truck. I could not be happier and so is my wife

I was mislead by the salesman and after making a deal on the price and financing, the next day (before I picked up the car) they changed the price and the financing. If you don't want to have to renegotiate up to the minute you buy, I suggest you go to another dealership. And they did nothing to make up for the hours spent in negotiations and the fact that the salesman made promises (supposedly with the manager's OK) that the dealership was not prepared to stand behind.
