Not worth the price. Looks better on paper than reality. Gate is always unlocked and cars constantly broken into. Management not helpful and not willing to resolve repeated issues. Nothing ever gets fixed 100%...if maintenance comes requests are 25% fixed causing multiple future requests for same issue.
