I am not saying that moving is an easy experience, but everyone at Puma van lines made it as painless as they possibly could. I used the packing service also and from the moment they arrived to do the packing in the previous day, they were very effective, efficient and dedicated to their job and they finished the packing in a lot less time than I thought they would. Loading was also done in a systematic way and everything from beginning to end went without a hitch. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Upon the advice of a friend, I called Puma van lines to move us from Dallas, TX to San Jose, CA. Their moving team was great - very professional, quick, and thoughtful. I was amazed at how quickly they could disassemble a bed, and put it back together, which was great! They respected our stuff (we have a lot of unique midcentury furniture) and all of it arrived at our house intact. Our sales agent is a great guy who communicates well and really kept everything organized. He also took the time to review the final bill with me, which I thought was great. I would definitely use them again, if the need ever arises.

Big thanks to their sales rep and his associates; from the 1st contact to the final item delivery they were just excellent! The 3 guys along with their foreman were brilliant. They had a great sense of humor and kept our kids laughing during the move. All our stuffs were handled with care at both ends and we couldn’t found a single scratch on my newly purchased furniture for those I was really worried about. A job well done! We would highly recommend the whole team of Puma van lines.

Thanks to my friend John for recommending Puma van lines else I would have gone with any other mover. Their price was very reasonable, I paid what was quoted and the pickup and drop off were made on time. I received everything in great condition and within the allotted time. Thanks to the movers for being so careful with the floors and walls in both the ends. I will hire them for the packing as well whenever I need to move again.

I used Puma van lines to move me from Dallas, TX to Atlanta, GA. I had a full packing service included and could not have been happier with the guys from Puma van lines. They came out the previous day of my move and packed all my cupboards and delicate items, ready for move. Each box was clearly marked, making it easy to place in the right rooms of my new house. On the moving day itself the movers turned up on time, and were very keen to get started as quickly as possible. I was very impressed with how easy they made the move look, it felt like no time and we were in our new house with a cup of tea. It was first class service by the guys from Puma van lines. Thanks a lot, for making my move day stress free, couldn't have asked for a better bunch of guys. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

These guys did an amazing job through and through. Emails between me and Puma van lines up until moving day to work out the finer details were answered swiftly and professionally. We moved from a 2rd floor house to a ground floor unit, so there was a lot of legwork. The movers we had were very polite and professional and handled our belongings with the utmost care. We only had them for a handful of hours and ended up going about 2 hours over, but they were cool enough to give us a bit of a break on the fee which I greatly appreciated. The movers were on time, professional, friendly and courteous, and did a professional moving job, wrapping the furniture properly and being very careful. I am very satisfied and will use them again. Would also recommend them to others.

My team of workers was three very nice guys who came on time and were very enthusiastic about their job. They treated me with high respect and did their job in a great way. Really, I had no complaints. They were so careful with my furniture so nothing got broken, nothing got damaged. The quote was more than reasonable. I thought it was going to be much more. I am so thankful to Puma van lines. Overall opinion, these people are amazing. If you hire them, you will be glad you did!

Puma van lines was recommended by a relative who had recently moved. Puma van lines have just reminded me that you pay for what you are getting they weren't the cheapest quote, but when you are moving the key aspects are they make it easy for you and transport your things safely. The crews were fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble; they were superb both in manners and strength! Our move from TX to ID was smooth as silk. Cannot bestow enough honor and praise about Puma van lines! One minute on the phone and I was impressed. Venessa called back and hour after the estimator finished. No excuses or problems - got it all safe and sound!

I found professional moving on this website and was very impressed by all the excellent reviews. I called them in the first and the customer service was extremely nice and helpful. Everything good to deal with and the price was good as the service. They arrived prompt on time and took everything paying extra care to the fragile items. The team was extremely professionals and I would highly recommend Puma van lines to my family and all my friends.

After having a thorough research on the net, I decided to hire Puma van lines. On the moving day, the guys arrived early in the morning. They were young, friendly and energetic. While working, they only had two breaks of ten minutes. They were really hard working. The price was low, there were no extra charges and the service was great. Thank you guys for treating me so nicely! If I need to move to a different place, I will definitely ask for your amazing service!

My overall feelings about Puma van lines is that I could not get a better moving company if I had tired, they came the previous day of the move to get preparations underway and get ahead for the day after, they turned up exactly to the second of when they said they would and from the start to finish they made it an enjoyable experience. There was a lot of communication with the sales rep Debbie, no rushing from the foreman and the crew, extra help to move some ineffectual old stuff out of the house for disposal, good spirits and lots of jokes all day, totally professional with the due care and attention to details about where the items should placed in the new house. I really cannot rate them high enough, for the service they provided they should have charged more. I asked them if I have to pay any extra but they said there is no other charge, genuinely good people who really do like what they do and take pride in how they do it.

Moving a house with young kids is one of most stressful event one will experience. Puma van lines made it an enjoyable experience by taking care of all the details and making the move pretty much stress free. Their staff works at a reasonable pace to make sure that none of the stuff gets damaged. Highly recommend their services!

Working with Puma van lines has completely lowered my stress level since I have had a long distance move. They did a job in a very smooth way which made me feel relaxed during the entire moving process. The guys who moved my things were Cesar and his two helpers and they were really taking care of every single item and piece of furniture. These people came a bit before the time arranged and they started packing and loading my stuff straight away. This is what David, the salesman at Puma van lines promised me and I found him to be very friendly and kind. He gave me the precise quote and when the move was done I paid the amount I was told at the very beginning, there were no hidden costs or fees. I talked with their sales rep Venessa on the phone and he discussed everything related to the move. I booked them for next week. They were on time. They made the job in so easy. They did a good job and they cleaned up after the project. They were also very polite and the administration staff was very efficient. They are highly recommended!

We used Puma van lines for our move. I have never seen a crew that gets paid hourly that work this hard! Every member of the four-man crew stayed busy the entire time. The foreman Marlon was well experienced and managed his team professionally. Our furniture arrived intact and all was finished within the estimated schedule. This is a company which did everything they were committed to. I hired Puma van lines because of my cousin’s recommendation. But I never expected that they would do so well. They packed my whole house and loaded my stuff in just under 4 hours and completed the move within the allotted time, which was rare to experience. These guys damaged one of my chairs and compensated for that on the spot!! I must admit that they do their work with full dedication and honesty and I appreciate the way they treated my stuffs. I won’t say Puma van lines is the best in business but surely they served me more than what I was hoping for. My best wishes will be always for Puma van lines.
