Hired to fix a clogged pipe and flooded my house. Would not fix my flooded floors!

This group of "licensed professionals" is far from. The guy who came out, David was aggressive, rude and basically did not want to handle doing a small job that did not pay much, although I consider 175.00 a lot of money. They are a small company and somewhat inexperienced (based on my discussion with them). I suggest using a using a larger company. They will want to sell you a hot water heater so be aware. Our Rheems (sp) is 11 years old and we intend on replacing it next year but they would not replace a thermocouple to give us time to save for a new one. We were intending on having them put in a new heater next year but not after this "professionalism."

Pronto Plumbing was recommended by a neighbor.They were on time,actually,they came out late at night and shut my water off,saving me probably a few thousand dollars on water damage repairs. They arrived back the next day for the water heater replacement early.When the bill came, I was shocked!!! He missed quote by $300.00! It was $300.00 Cheaper! Hooray! Never in my life would I believe I could get an excellent job for less than quoted. I plan to call them back for some other things he recommended. I am telling all my friends. Attaboy, Pronto Plumbing!!!!

I thought I had a slab leak. The plumber broke out some high tech equipment and pin pointed the leak in the yard pretty quickly. Cool

They showed up within an hour and did a great job at a fair price. I will use them again.

I called Pronto Plumbing at around midnight and to my surprise a human answered the phone. A plumber arrived within an hour and repaired my overflowing toilet. The price was reasonable and the service was extraordinary.
