I have been to this location over a period of several years now for either oil changes or inspection stickers. Not once have they ever tried to sell me something, but to the contrary, they have gone out of their way to let me take care of something myself if I needed to replace something like a fuse or a bulb. They are always very friendly, helpful, and quick. I highly recommend this shop.

This place is a rip off. They told me I had an oil leak after changing my oil. I found out a day later that they replaced my oil plug with a much smaller plug so that I could believe my car was damaged. I know that it was a different plug because I had personally changed my oil the month before. When I talked to the manager, he refused to give me a refund. I even showed him the plug and receipts for the replacement plug and oil. The owner has not returned my calls or message. Do not get service here, they are crooks.

I had been going to this place to get my oil changed for over a year, with the same vehicle. Never had a problem until one day I went for an oil change. It was the usual guys there, the manager (hispanic male) and young upbeat male who is always friendly. The manager did what he knows best check the other liquids and tries to up sell. Naturally I declined and refused to pay $40 for him to replace a cabin filter I can replace myself. I go there only for the oil change. Until, that same day during my lunch schedule I went out to my car and it would not start. I had to have my vehicle towed home. And the next day, I had to get a ride to work. I found their number on-line...this one 214-339-2455. They never answered. Finally, I had a travelling mechanic come to my house to look at the car (my only transportation). He told me that they didn't put the oil cap back on properly and so the oil spewed into my starter and therefore, had to be replaced. I paid for him to replace it. I had no choice. I had already gone an entire week without transportation. As soon as my car was fixed I went and spoke to the manager directly. He was very arrogant. He had no solution to my problem after I explained what happened. The only thing he could tell me is that my car had a faulty starter. After going to them for over a year I never had this problem with them and he refused to make things right. Plus, he refused to give me corporate's number. Rather than deal with the stress he was causing me I just let it go and refused to go back to them. Since the last time I was there my cousin told me she had the same problem with them but somehow got them to pay for the damage to her vehicle. I just assume he took advantage of me because I am a young single female. I would not suggest this place to anyone. They rush and make mistakes and don't own up to them. They do not do right by their once loyal customers. You are better off going to Wal-mart. Yes you will have to wait but at least they get things done right and if they don't, Wal-mart offers a solution. This guy just ended up bad mouthing me, accused me having a hidden agenda, and asked me why I didn't address the problem sooner? It had only been a week. He was very unprofessional and ridiculous, he spoke to me in horrible tone in front of other customers. Don't go there. -star rating...
