I went to the ProCuts on Greenville Ave so I could get my hair trimmed. I spoke with the scheduler about the Groupon/Now that was offered and what I could use it for. I decided not to pay more for a shampoo and just get my hair trimmed/basic cut as advertised in the Groupon. I purchased the $9 Groupon/Now in front of the woman.

Before I could be seated another woman walked up and told me my hair was too long and it would be $7.95 more for my 2" trim. She referenced her hair (which was less than 1" long) would be the $9.00 price - anything longer would be the Groupon price of $9 + an additional $7.95 + tax + tip. The "woman in charge" who informed me of this was very rude and flippant. I told her I did not want a style or even a blow dry - just my hair trimmed 2" it would have taken all of 10 min. She very rudely said "Sorry I don't make the rules". I was obvious they did not want to cut my hair so Ieft. I arrived 50 minutes before they closed and they were already packing up. I guess I almost spoiled their "close early" plan. Do not waste your time or money here.
