I've been calling for a week no answer voicemail can't receive messages I'm trying to get my daughters seen dentist appointment due calling because I know their insurance has rolled over and no one has contacted me or tried.. My children need their check up

They had me & my daughter come up here and we cannot be seen because they took too long to verify the provider. Waiting until after 6 o'clock knowing that the provider closed at 6 o'clock.
