Bad service. I ordered flea control recently. The technician did poor work in the first flea control and there are still a lot of fleas in my house because we were bitten as before. They said they would follow up two weeks later. But they postponed the second flea control one week. After several days after the follow up, my son and my wife were bitten again. The technicians of their company left some glue traps in my house try to find out what bit us, but they never told us the results. From last week, the fleas were more and more, and I found flea's feces on all the beds in my house and my son was diagnosed by fleabite. I complaint to the company that they didn't kill the fleas and asked how to do next, but they only apologized and said that we must give a full pay to retreat the fleas. I am not satisfied with their solution. I have paid for the flea control to them and they should guarantee to kill all the fleas. Why should I pay for this because of their poor work?

In addition, fleas exit in my house because the pre-owner has a dog. I don’t have any pets. So the only reason for the fleas come out again is the poor work of the premier pest control.

They always owe the failure of pest control to customer. DO Not see the problems themselves. Just waste time and waste money. Don't use it.
