Excellent service. The atmosphere is very clean and super cute decor. The staff are warm, hardworking and eager to please their clients.

Beautiful salon- wonderful service- run on time & offer so many beauty treatments-extremely clean and well kept-all equipment the latest on the market- owners are on top of every detail-

I really really REALLY wanted ZAZA to be my 'it' place for nails, as I work in the area and it is super convenient. Sadly, it just isn't gonna happen. I am not one that needs a lot of fussing, so I wasn't really bothered by the somewhat disinterested / mildly rude receptionist (hey it was a Friday night and I was their last appointment, I can relate.) BUT, I was annoyed when my pricey mani-pedi was sloppy and included zero cuticle care treatment.



The atmosphere was "OK" but it really felt like they were trying incredibly hard to be 'urban chic' but not executing it. All in all , it was just a disappointment. Looks like I will have to find somewhere else in the neighborhood.
