I contacted them 2 days before Thanksgiving to see if he could put my table and the new felt I had just received on my pool table and even though they were EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE I agreed to have them come the day before Thanksgiving to Install it. at 9 am the day before Thanksgiving which is the time he was supposed to show up, they called and said they could not do it. Now I am left with an none assembled pool table torn apart on the Game room floor with guest coming over tomorrow. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE AND TRUST THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS OF THEM NOT SHOWING UP IT SEEMS IT IS COMMON PRACTICE FOR THEM.....DON'T USE THEM THERE ARE WAY CHEAPER COMPANIES OUT THERE....

I had Polo Pool Table Movers move a pool table for me this weekend. They showed up on time, and did a great job moving the pool table. They were very careful while handling the pool table, there was no damage to the table during the move. This move also included moving the pool table up a spiral staircase, and they didn't have any problem getting it upstairs. They took time to show me the best place to put the table, and were very helpful in showing me how much room I needed on each side of the table to have enough room to shoot. When he put the pool table together, Polo took time to ensure the pool table was level.
