They have a huge enormous banner that says "24 Maintenance Emergency". ITS going on two weeks without A/C. Went to the office 4 times and it hasn't been fixed. They installed a window unit which doesn't cool the bedroom. Been told " I'll put the work order in again" How many times do you have to put in a work order before it gets done? You advertise central heat and air. Take pride in your job and the company you work for. Make your residents content for choosing your property out of all those on the strip. It's been over 6 months a work order has been placed (mind you , twice) for the 2 burners on the stove, stoppers, scouring hot water, dishwasher does not work, pest control , and a few other items. I will put in a work order again and hope it gets taken care of this time.

These are possibly the worst apartment complex there are on webb chapel. They are infested of all sorts of critters; bedbugs, roaches,ants,etc and the blame is on you. The rent is overpriced when litterally these apartments are falling apart. Plus utilities are 50 a month for services you never see i.e. gas, exterminators... Staff does not listen, they are unorganized,(lost my money order and contract) and spend their time gossiping and talking all day. Maintnance does nothing just walks around. Most of all violence is extremely heavy. Police walk around daily. There are people fighting, drunks, prostitution, speeding through the neighborhood. Cars parked illegaly outside property grounds. I am a very patient person but these has taken its toll thus my patience has worn out. I would defenitely not recommend these apartments at all. Look else where if you have a chance.

Dont rent here !!! Dont rent here look okay from the outside but it's horrible. First of all they all nice then they act really mean . Then they show you a apartment and they give you another one more smaller and ugly. They all have bed bugs and roches . My kids were eaten by bed bugs and they told me they were going to change me to a new apartment. It never happened I stayed two months sleeping in the floor because I had to throw all my things . My poor seven month baby slept in the floor . I told them if you have kids think how I feel and she said oh well I can do nothing about it. She told me I brought them from my other house and that's a lie. Because other people told me they had same problem. And she started screaming at me and disrespecting me . So was 4 days late with my rent and she gave me a notice I had to move out in 3 days . I told her why and she started screaming at me and laughing saying to read my contract. N this winter weather they turn my Heather off knowing I have 3 babies and they changed my mailbox key. You see kids doing drugs and prostitutes. It's a horrible place to live.
