The only reason I gave this establishment 2 stars is because of Terra who was very helpful. I came there for an oil change and air filter change. Extremely routine procedures. When I left (after multiple hours) my car seemed to have lost its power steering functioning. I went back immediately and just as you would expect, they tried to tell me it was like that when I brought it in!!! Then, no one would take a look at it because the mechanic that worked on it was gone. This is very scary for a single female who needs their transportation for work. So, I was told to come back the next day and still no one would look at it but Terra, who was a cashier!!! I had researched overnight and figured that they had blown the power steering fuse from jumping the car. Sure enough that was what it was. Long story short, I had to buy the fuse and install it although it was their fault that they had blown it. Very unprofessional, will not be back!

As long as you are buying, they are very helpful. However, after you buy, if you have a question, be prepared to not always get an answer without putting out a little more cash, especially if you decide to do your own installation.
