Stay away from Payless Car Rental at the DFW location. I prepaid a great deal for a rental car, but when I got to the counter, they added on many other fees and gave incorrect information about insurances. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was given a phone number, which was never answered, and the manager was also not available upon turning in the car. When contacting the company about the poor service and frustration, the only response was that I signed the contract so that's the way it is. Very deceptive and shady business practices-Buyer/renter beware!
