Awesome work. My car stopped on me and I called Paul's Mobile Mechanic and he came right to my job. He was very professional and fixed the problem. I have recommended him to all my coworkers at Baylor Hospital. What a life saver!!!!

My car wouldn't start. I explained that I had recently put a new fuel pump. Paul ran a diagnostic and advised that the machine it was a crank sensor and he quoted how much it would be to put the part on. Although he did come on a holiday to replace the part, my vehicle did not start. He then said he may have to work on it at his shop, in East/South Dallas which is nowhere near where I was so it would be expensive to tow, just to do a test on my timing belt. I explained that this was not something I would be able to do and thanked him. He called me the next day and told me he was going to come and see what he could do to get my car start tomorrow at no addition charge. He never showed, this went on for a few days of him saying he was coming and not showing up or even letting me know that he would not come. He finally just ignored my calls. Why volunteer to return if you are just going to stand me up? I will definitely let my friends know NOT to use his unprofessional services.

Not reliable

After reading Navalfighter's review, I feel like I dodged a bullet. I was replacing the water pump in my 2001 Dodge ram 1500 when I broke a bolt off. Not having the tools or the expertise to remove the broken bolt, I emailed Paul and explained my situation. He quoted me a price to remove the bolt and install the water pump. He told me that I had to get the bolt set from a Dodge dealership and to let him know when I got them. Dodge no longer stocks these bolts so I had to order them online and have them sent overnight. I called Paul on the phone and explained the situation and he said to call him when I got the bolt and he'd come over and do the work. The next day I called him to let him know that the bolts came but his phone went to voicemail which was full. I then emailed him multiple times but never received a reply. Now, it is certainly his prerogative if he doesn't want to do the work, but it's pretty bad business to not even give the courtesy of a reply. Paul, if you provide good customer service, that customer will usually tell one or two people. If you give bad customer service, that customer will usually tell ten or twenty people. COUNT ON IT.

PHENOMENAL BUSINESSMAN : I called him , he answered the phone call immediately, and was quite attentive. He made it to my son's home just as he stated he would within the hour. He went to work diagnosing the problem and had him back up and running within a couple of hours. We were very impressed and pleased with his work ethic, and prices. I will definitely be using him again. Thanks Paul!

My starter quit on me and Paul was there within 20 minutes, quickly diagnosed the problem and had my car back up and running within an hour. He was extremely friendly and gracious during the whole experience and got me back on the road as fast as humanly possible.

Great guy and great service at reasonable prices. I've used him to repair my car on several occasions. He has been honest and even helped me locate a part at a much cheaper price than I was going to have to pay at Autozone! I would highly recommend him.

My car ran hot i was stuck side of the road Paul came out and found water pump was leaking he change it and got me back on the road

Called, came for check chg of 65 cash. Very nice, checked major parts( truck not starting) decided was electrical. Said would sched return and come repair on Thurs am. Never showed, wont return calls. So, i paid a 65 chg now i have to pay another to someone else and to start over. Not professional.

Yesterday it was raining 5-15-13 on my way to work my (2005 charger car just stopped in the middle of yhe road.My cell phon battery is low.I cant call no one to come get me.paul's mobile was on a service call and saw that I need help.paul had found out the problem the battery level low and starter radiator. Paul had call someone yo bring him the parts etc.And I ask paul how much I own him he say lets get u out the middle of the road.paul fixed my car an I payed him.Little that u no paul ask me for my job # an paul explain what happened with me car.
