I ordered flowers to be delivered on Friday but they showed up. I reached out via social media and said they would look into it and get back to me. After not hearing from them, I reached out again Saturday afternoon. I was told that the flowers would be delivered Monday at no charge. I told them I would still pay to just please send the best. It is now Tuesday and not only have the flowers not been delivered but it appears I have been blocked on messenger. I was not rude in any way and I am absolutely blown away by the lack of customer service! Wow.
