Avoid this property! Parking gates are always broken, which offers easy access to your personal vehicles to the homeless/crackheads who are usually lurking around the area. Management lacks interpersonal skills and rarely resolve any issues/complaints. Rent is cheap, but doesn't include a $50 charge for water, trash, sewer and a $100 charge for TW cable/internet bundle (a rip off). Gym is old and unkept. I would list some positives, but I am blanking on those...

Overall, if you like the area, there are plenty of other similar priced apartments that I would recommend looking at instead.

I hate living here! I've tried every which way to get out of my lease and they will charge far beyond the apartment is even worth. I've had problems since before I moved a piece of furniture into my apartment. They don't help, nothing works, its old, the thermostat early works, theres no lights in the bedroom, there is only ONE working jack for cable and internet to share in the entire apartment. I've hated it since day one and would hate for anyone else to deal with this place. $100-$200 more some where else is SO WORTH IT. DONT MOVE HERE!

This apartment has the WORST management. They are hard to deal with, slip in hidden fees, and make empty promises.



They advertise things like "package delivery to your door". Never once did they deliver for us. One time we had a bill that got sent to the office. They never gave it to us and we had late fees because we didn't know about it. They lost a package and claimed that UPS probably delivered it to USPS, simply because they didn't want to take responsibility for it. We later found what we had ordered in our dumpster, meaning they had either stolen it or given it to the wrong person.



Instead of deposits for pets the have one-time fees of hundreds of dollars. They are called "deposits" but make no mistake, they will not give you money back. You are required to pay $90/month for cable that is crappy and you don't even want. Any way they can screw you they will.



Once a drawer broken in our apartment (heaven forbid you put more than 10lbs on any shelf or drawer, it will get destroyed. When they came to fix it they didn't actually do anything. They just pushed it back in place and said not to put anything in it. Our silverware had to sit on our counter for the last 2 months of living there.



We lived next to the pool side, which is supposed to be closed by 10pm. Instead of enforcing it the pool was really open 24-7. People would be screaming and splashing around at 2-3am on a Tuesday evening.



This apartment is a joke. It has a facade of nice finishes but is really just a horrible place to live. They are upping the rent by $200 when it wasn't even worth what we paid. Do not live here until the current management is out. They are the WORST.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Please read this. The apartment management lacks management. We had to push back our move in date because a mistake on the lease management part and when we moved in, the apartment was not ready. The neighbor next door told us that the previous owner moved out three weeks prior to us moving in. The apartment people stated they only had 3 days to fix and prepare for us to move in. Fixtures and "upgrades" were poorly installed. The carpet had nails coming out constantly because of bad installation of the carpet and we had a lot of problems with our apartment and they told us to write it out and hand it to them and they will fix it all within the week. It has been 4 months since we moved in and the apartment has not been fixed with all our problems we saw in the beginning. Because the carpet was poorly installed, the carpet started falling apart! We told management and they blamed us for their lack of fixing because of our dogs! They keep delaying repairs saying "we have to fix repairs by priority meaning A/C etc first. Our neighbor that moved out said he had a hole in his ceiling and water was leaking and it has been 6 months and they still haven't fixed it and he has already moved! Please, DO NOT LIVE HERE. IT IS NOT SAFE FOR KIDS AND THEY HAVE BAD MANAGEMENT. Worst experience ever.

I don't write reviews... but I'm taking the time to write this one so that hopefully, no one else will have to go through the nightmare it's been living here.



Maintenance issues run rampant. It took over a month (and threats of legal action) to get a door fixed... Over a month ago, a pipe burst in my wall - and while the water was cleaned up, the wall has YET to be patched.



I get excuse after excuse after excuse on why it's not done..



In addition to rent, they also slap you with additional bills like trash (which is always full), water (which is constantly running into the parking lots because of poorly-maintained sprinklers), sewer charges, plus pesticide fees (and I've not ever seen a pesticide company out here)...



The management rotates more than a high-school girl's crush of the week -- and all but one have lied directly to my face.



The corporate company who owns this place (The Connor Group) know nothing about property management, as it is an investment firm... So while they're sleeping on their stacks of cash, I'm sleeping in a room with a hole in the wall.



I can't urge you enough.... Don't waste your time, money, or serenity on this place. You will undoubtedly regret it.
