This was my first visit here and I was disgusted.



A group of 3 of us came for a standard manicure and pedicure each. Having been told on the phone we would be able to have it done together, when we arrived, we first had to wait and then we were all started at different times.



The quality of our nails was shocking and the attitude of the technicians was disgraceful.



My personal experience is that the designs on my toes did not match, they lost my nail colour and chose one themselves at random from the wall and when a hair dropped onto my nail, the woman, not bothered to remove it, simply painted over it.



The other 2 people in my group received service of a similarly sorry state.



They then had the audacity to look me in the eye and ask for a bigger tip.



When I went to complain to the manager, she pretended not to speak English and then "thanked me for my opinion".



Dreadful customer service. Save your money and irritation and go elsewhere.

these woman are all pleasant and friendly! i've known some a long time and it is very clean.
