Just tried to leave my dogs who had just stayed at Canine Country Club and got caught up on missing shots there. At 11 pm I tried to arrange boarding for my 2 dogs. I had to travel to Virginia on a 7:45 flight. Despite them having same rules as Canine Country Club, they refused to take my dogs. I said they could take them to the vet at my cost if after 7 am it showed they were missing shots. They are not 24 hours as they claim. They cannot handle emergency situations 24/7. They apparently don't provide a pet taxi to vet in emergency situations. They do not offer shuttle service to airport before 7 am or after 7 pm. Although it was painfully clear they had stayed at 2 other facilities with no problems, they refused any type of concession. Managers unavailable after hours and employees don't have ability to make decisions! Despite what they advertise, THEY AREN'T 24/7. Don't expect any help when you need it!
