Such a wide range of vehicles and such kind people working there! Never thought purchasing a vehicle could be so fun and easy! Definitely recommend this place!

LIVID right now. These are some of the most unprofessional groups of people EVER. They have an absolute lack of communication, lack transparency (partial auto check reports), and are just plain bad. I'd heard iffy things about them via word of mouth, but decided to give them a try because of yelp reviews and ooooommmmggg am I mad I wasted my time.



I ended up deciding on a car, had them drop it off for repairs, had to call constantly and check in with them-- because they, apparently, don't know what it means to keep your potential client's informed-- and when I contacted them today to purchase (because, yet again, they did not call ME to keep me abreast of the progress of the car and repairs), they told me they had a "courtesy hold" on the vehicle from an online lead- on Sunday- who wanted to check out the car tomorrow (Tuesday). Nevermind that I am trying to BUY the car today. Not "check it out." what. the. phuck.



Soooo, you couldn't have a) responded to my message in a timely fashion in the first place, b) performed a COURTESY CALL to tell me someone else either had interest, or even that you were going to say eff my money, and put the car I was trying to buy on hold for someone else?



Pure ridiculousness. I am livid.

Whoever the GM is, must have been having a terrible day when I called, because all I got was rudeness and sarcasm. Didn't even try to sell me the car I was interested in buying. =/ Very irritating and awkward too!
