I had 3 nails break in a week and wanted to charge me to fix them. You could obviously tell they were thin. The tech did not even apply the clear base prior to applying my nexgyen. Now I’m a loyal a Customer but I will never go back based off my recent experience. It’s not about the money it’s principal. I will be happy to take my money elsewhere. There are thousands of nail shops, so it’s important for your customers service to be exceptional. Sad, I liked this places. I guess On to the next.
