I am so sad to have to write this review. I hired Craig Ballew of Open Window Productions and was informed that we would receive our DVD in 6 months, we picked our 3 songs, and on Nov 18th 2013 he emailed me stating he was almost finished and he would have it in the mail that week. It never arrived and that was the very last email I have recieved from him. At that time it was close to Thanksgiving, so I waited until after to contact him letting him know I never received it & if it was sent could I have a tracking number to check with the carrier service. Today is Jan 21, 2014 and I have made several phone calls, emails, voice mails, I even had my wedding planner contact him. We have even informed him of our intention to seek legal action against him and still no reply. My husband and I am truly heartbroken at the thought that we may never get to watch us say our vows. As most newly weds know, your wedding day goes very quickly and is pretty much a whirl wind and at the end of the day your exhausted and cant remember all the details that make that day so special. We hired CRAIG BALLEW, paid him in full before our wedding and have been totally pushed to the side. He obviously does not care about the people that hire him. I do not understand how someone with total disregard for his clients is still in business. He is a swindler and a thief. And whats worse, we will never be able to watch our wedding, a day in our life that we can now only remember in our hearts and photographs thanks to our wonderful photographer, who had no affiliation with Open Window Productions. I had a beautiful wedding and am happy for that day, however, I feel betrayed and 100% scammed.

DO NOT HIRE CRAIG BALLEW / OPEN WINDOW PRODUCTIONS. It would be the worst mistake anyone could make.
