I have been going to this nail spa for at least 8-10 years if not longer. I am very pleased with the service. Dee And Cathy have done my nails and Cathy always does my pedicures! If I’m not pleased the fix the problem. Most recently I got an overlay done by Cathy. Initially they looked very nice... when I went back I told her I thought they were too thick. ... she adjusted her technique and now they are perfect for me! Cathy does an amazing pedicure... she is the only one I let do my feet. She does not just go through the motions acting like she’s using the tools ... she actually uses them and does a great job every time! Keep up the good work ladies!!!

I have been going to this nail place off and on for 8 years. I went on Monday to get a fill and the owner Dee always does my nails, but she is always over charging me for every little thing. If I have a chipped nail she charges me. I get overlay over my real nails. The owner is very disrespectful and rude. I paid her to fix a nail for me and the next day the nail broke again. I also got a pedicure and Kathy always does my pedicure. she is sweet and she has never cut me, but this night she cut my toe. I told her that my feet were not bad i just needed my toenails cut and cuticles cut. she used that cheese graiter thing on my feet to long. The owner(Dee) often sometimes demands a tip and she also tries to tell me how much i should tip the other technicians. Well the next day I went back to her I asked her to fix the nail again and she refused, she told me I had to pay her again for the same nail I already paid for. She started talking and yelling in her language. I then tried to show her the bottom of my feet, but she refused to look. She said that she did not do my feet. she thought I was saying I needed my toes polished again, but my feet was red, swollen, and tender from the pedicure. Kathy scrubed my feet for to long with that cheese graiter. But she refused to look at my feet. she ignored me completely. This is why I said I have been going to this nail place off and on for 8 years. The owner has no respect for loyal customers. All of the technicians talk about customers and laugh at them in their language. The nail place is clean but could use a professional cleaning. This nail place is quite resonable in prices, but they give horrible customer service. I would rather spend more $$$ at a nail place that is going to give great service, rather than continue to go here and pay lower prices and get treated like crap. They tell you what they are going to do instead of what you ask for sometimes. And the owner gets mad at me if I decide not to get a particular service to cut my costs. I am calling and reporting this place to the Better Business Bureau for the excessive use of the cheese graiter. I can honestly say now that Monday 11/23/15 was the last time I wil lgo here and spend my $$ with them. I would not recommend this nail place. they would get no rating, but the system will not let me move forward so i have to give them 1 star.

Poor Service

It was a Memorial Day weekend when I came into the salon and request to have my eyebrows waxed. The nail technician immediately to me to the back of the salon where the waxings were setup to take place. Once setted the nail techician immediately asked me how I wanted my eyebrows arched. When I told her, she immediately began to waxed my brows.Once she completed the waxing I reviewed my eyebrows to see if they were arched according to my request and found that one of my eyebrows was arched in one direction and the other was arched in a different direction. I then asked her to rectify the error and she started to speak in what I believe was an oriental language. She then began to try to the correct the error but there was no way to correct the error , because so much hair was waxed away. I then requested to speak with the manager and she stated I was then expected to pay for the service. To keep the situation from escalating to a police matter I paid and decided I would contact The Texas Licensing Dept. for complaints. I decided I would never request service from this salon or any other salon that don't have English speaking techician's again because they communication and skill.
