Carlos was able to answer all of my questions after making sure my heat pump was working correctly. I appreciate all of the time spent taking care of my system. He made me feel comfortable and even called me back the next day when I had another question.

I highly recommend Dale, who was my Service Pro at The On Time Experts, because of his impeccable service. Dale was wonderfully polite throughout the appointment. I also greatly appreciated how informative he was, in explaining the work that I needed to have done, regarding my air conditioners. On this visit, I was having my Spring Tune-Up appointment. Additionally, I want to mention that Dale's customer service skills were exemplary, and he took the time to answer all of my questions, which is oftentimes unheard of now-a-days. I definitely will request to have Dale as my Service Pro the next time I need to have The On Time Experts come to my house for a service call.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Patrick estimated my job and Jesse Cuellar came out to do the work. Both men were prompt and very professional, and patiently answered all my questions. I got a discount for paying in cash. I will definitely be using this company again.

Andreas B. was personable and listened to my comments, concerns and questions. I have a tendency to be talkative and interactive with service personnel, probably to the annoyance of some, but Andreas actually encouraged me to do so and took the time to further my ongoing education of HVAC related matters. He was thorough in his systems checks and in addition, he took the time to wash the condenser units from the inside out, a "little" detail that on previous visits was left out all-together or done from the outside, which apparently isn't quite as good. He even spray waxed and wiped down the painted surfaces of the condenser units. In the past I was generally satisfied with "The On Time Experts" level of service, but Andreas took it a step or two further. I will be requesting him by name, for future appointments. This service pro and the company that he works for did and outstanding job working on my AC system. Found and repaired a bad drain system that has never worked the way it was supposed to do.

All the service professionals who have visited our home from On Time Experts have been great; Carlos was no exception. He and his helper carefully went over every aspect of our equipment and made some useful suggestions about the settings of our thermostat. Did you know that running the fan continuously would help to distribute the heat or cold evenly throughout the house . . . for only about $1.50 per month? We are giving it a try because the rooms farthest from the unit are not the same temperature as the center of the house. Good tip! Great service!
