I agree 100% with Brit and beowulf87.

I would not send my worst enemy or the devil to test here. The center was chaotic, disorganized, filthy, unprofessional, paper-thin walls. I constantly heard doors slamming loudly during my 2 1/2 hours of testing. I also heard a class being taught in the next room. The proctor sat me right next to another student who was testing. We could easily see each others monitors. This center is a disgrace to all the other centers I have taken testing in. I had to give them a one star rating to post. This business should get a -5 STAR rating for not caring about the students.

The customer service at this location is terrible. The owner is rude and condescending and kicked a very respectful young lady out for no reason. Will never use them again. Better locations to test nearby

I've taken three cert exams here so far and it's been a very convenient and pleasant experience each time.

This is a "no frills" testing center - considering that the waiting room consists of folding chairs - but you have to admire the efforts to start a business. However, I am very grateful that the owner of the testing center is willing to be open when none other is. The testing room itself was just a professional as any, and the man runs an honest business. My test was delayed from an angry "bozo" who had to be asked to leave because he was disturbing other testers. He was angry that the owner could not stop the clock for him to take a restroom break, and then blamed the computer for "freezing" when his time ran out. People - read the testing agreements! Professional testing does not stop the clock for anyone unless a test is more than 2 hours. I would definitely recommend this center for the hours that they keep and the honest service!

Beowulf is wrong. I just took a test there last friday and I am about to take another one there. The owner says that he is the only place where you can take an exam 24 hours a day. I had no problems except no one was there at the front desk. The place was empty except for me so it was really quiet for taking a test. But really, who thinks that a proctor could change test results? Wouldn't that kinda negate the process? If I could get him to change my scores, why wouldn't I offer him money to raise my score? In reality, this was a great place to take a certification exam.
