I've already had 6 sessions done here with OK results. I feel they go up and down the laser frequency to make you buy more sessions. Also make sure you get an appt card and DO NOT rely on them to send you a text. My last appt I scheduled my next appt but never received a reminder. Called to find out they never had me scheduled :/



Staff is not very welcoming either. Specially the front desk.



I plan on finding another laser center.

This was the poorest experience of my life. The only bright spot was Marilyn. I would give it negative stars if I could. Not the most sanitary place I've ever been to either. The goggles are usually greasy enough to fry food. They shorted me a treatment on one area because they accidentally gave me an extra session on a different area. The staff is not the friendliest. There is no privacy as they discuss all your business in the waiting area in front of other clients. You can set an appointment but most times you'll wait a long time before being seen, which defeats the purpose of having an appointment. Worst of all, you won't see results, despite me being "the ideal candidate for LHR since I'm light skinned with dark hair. After 6 treatments with hair growth, I was told the results aren't guaranteed. After 13 treatments, I was asked if I'm taking testosterone, which I find highly offensive. You get what you pay for.
