I love the Oak Farms dairy pro...

I love the Oak Farms dairy products. There is no doubt in my mind the quality and flavor is there..............However, in recent weeks of purchasing{large and small curd cottage cheese} I have noticed the consistency in the amount of cream in the product is fluctuating. sometimes its creamy and sometimes its dry. I would say to Oak Farms management. That inconsistency in this certain product is lacking. The cream in the product makes the product what it is. Its a great flavor you guys have in this product. Should i look for another brand? We use a lot of cottage cheese in our family. Its not appealing for the customer to bring home a product that is not consistently satisfiying. Just thought i would bring this to your attention. Thank you very much And the star rating i am giving, only concerns this particular product. Other than that your products are very good.
