Got 04 lexus. I wanted to trade it in for something newer but they sold my note to another company before i could trade it off. Im pleased with my purchase. I guess i be going to drive time for my next car.

This a very good place to buy a car very family oriented people. They really work with you. My car was supposed to have been paid for cause work very slow. It was repoed on mlm day. Great thing their letting me pay on it still i dont one much. So i give Note One Auto Sales 5 stars

This lot is filled with liars, which are lead by the biggest one around. This deceitful company repo'ed my car. Made payments on this car for a full year, all were pay early, and never been late. I went into the hospital for a month and a half and let my daughter take care of my bills. She wasn't able to renew my insurance and it was canceled. Was told that I needed to get insurance before the end of the day or the car would be picked.Stopped and got the insurance, walked out to leave and found that my car was gone. Went to get the car and John Goss attempted to blackmail 1600.00 out of me. Needless to say he wouldn't give me the car although i had the insurance. So, now its time to get my legal eagle on.

I dont recommend note one all at! They was told my vehicle had a power steering leak. Brought my truck in of coarse i called several times through out the day asking what was wrong. They repaired it without consulting me the FIRST TIME. I PAID IT. MY TRUCK WAS STILL LEAKING FLUID I TOOK IT BACK AGAIN THEY REPAIRED IT WITHOUT CONSULTING CHECKING TO SEE IF I HAD THE MONIES. THE REPAIR WAS 400 BUCKS AND THEY OFFERED TO GO HALF BUT MIND YOU NO ONE CONSULTED TO SEE IF I HAD ANY MONEY TO MAKE THE REPAIR instead John told me i couldn't have my truck back until i paid the 200 bucks but it was the second time they were notified about the same problem. My truck note was already paid and on time. I also ask could you please add it to my note NO HE SAID BECAUSE I ALREADY PAID FOR THE REPAIR AGAIN WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ME. SO JOHN WOULD RATHER LOOSE A MONTHLY 400 DOLLAR PAYMENT ALL TOGETHER THAN TO WORK WITH ME AND RECEIVE 200 EXTRA DOLLARS. THE ONLY REASON NOTE ONE EVEN WENT HALF IS BECAUSE IT WAS WRONG IN THE BEGINNING. SO NO I DONT recommend using this company. But WE LIVE N LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES. COMPANIES LIKE THIS DONT N WILL NOT LAST LONE

You will get great courteous service here. Not only is it owned by great people you will get a good quality used car. Bad credit or no credit I would check them out.

Hello i would like to give note one a thumbs up i use to be a customer but i got down on my luck of course the owner work with me for as long as he could but i understand that it was business when i did have trouble with my car which i very seldem did the owner was good at helping when there is a problem with any vihicle that you purchase from him i recommend note one any day it's a five star in my eyes.
