Terribly rude veterinarian. Had a misunderstanding with him regarding the price of some items he offered in his office (which he claimed I couldn’t find anywhere cheaper) I found the items for 1/3 the price at petsmart and this was his response filled with sarcasm and ridicule. Very classy

Dr. Michael B. Norton is a FANTASTIC Vet. He gives you the facts on your pet's condition, without a bunch of B.S. mixed in like some other Vets do. I was told by another Vet that my dog needed "an oatmeal-based shampoo for dry skin" and when I took her to Dr. Norton because I didn't believe everything that other Vet told me, he diagnosed a skin infection which required antibiotics and a skin treatment. Also, my dog panted all the time and the other Vet said she was nervous and excited. Dr. Norton did extensive testing (which was well worth it) and found a tumor. He saved my dog's life! The Receptionist and Technicians are also great! They know their jobs and you won't find any "Airheads" working at Dr. Norton's practice. If you want a GREAT Vet, go to Dr. Norton at Frankford Crest Animal Hospital!
