I have a friend who lives here that I visit often and I have watched this complex go through some changes. It used to be one of the nicer complexes around and then took a bit of a dive for several years. My understanding is that a few years ago they came under new management and ownership and it does appear that things are slowly improving. They are still not one of the newest and they are far from being the fanciest place to live, but they do offer affordable living options for the high rent area they are in. My friend has been happy here and he has said he feels things are getting better and better as time goes on...I have to say that from what I have seen over the last several years that I agree with him, things do seem like they are trending the eight direction!

Good clean community and management is very helpful, I would recommend this property to all my friends. It is also very close to schools so very easy for my kids to get to school. Best part is that it is located in the Richardson school district so one of the best school districts for my children to attend. Safe community for my family.
