I hope this message finds who it needs to. I have never been in an medical office that has made me feel like I'm an in inconvenience to them as much as they did and I went to both of the locations. Not one thier office staff or doctors had an ounce of compassion, concern or duty to explain an unfamiliar ordeal I was going through to me or take any time to look over my paper work I filled out. I sent multiple message never got responses. At the Dallas location the front desk lady had to ask me my name three times since she was too busy looking at her cell phone. I called to get my stress test results back since when it was given I was told and I quote " no reason to alarm the doctor but I can't tell you what I
think it is" leaving me to think maybe not bad but maybe something. Then when I did not get a call by the 3rd day i requested the results. I get a message from a nurse who acted like I was interrupting her day and repeated her self three times your are normal your test are normal again your test are normal....Really?? I think Doctors and the at this office has forgotten that they hold our life's in their hands and what may be rutinte to them is not always for for the patient. I also pay a lot for insurance and my visit to them was not cheap and as far as I'm concerned my copay was alone was an overpayment for their service. I would like to add I did not see ever doctor in the office but the office staff is reason enough to never go back
