Provided by YP.comThis should be one of the best stores in town yet I repeatedly have bad experiences there. I have often gotten inaccurate answers to my questions, I will call and ask if something is in stock only to find out it’s not (and wasn’t) Some of their employees have been rude and seem to forget that their salary is based on your purchases. I’ve had them refuse to honor their own discount programs. Their return policy is very questionable. If you ask for a manager both the employee and the manager act offended. I could go on and on. They have some good products in their store – they just act like prima donnas and forget that we are the customers. Shopping at a garden center should be fun – they make it a pain.
