This tile company does not care about client's closing date. They do not follow up with any one. The realtor and mortgage company have to chase them down day by day, even hour by hour on the closing day to get status and answer. Their service is the worse that I've ever seen in my 14 years in the real estate business. I gave 1 star because there is no zero to click. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I just want to say the staff is very helpful and pleasant to warm me with my new purchase of my first time home.

The Closer answered all my questions which I had a million to ask..
