What an attitude! If you want to be ignored and treated with indifference, this is your store!

We visited the store today and the only clerk was working with a customer. There was one other customer waiting ahead of us.

The clerk finally finished with with the customer and instead of waiting on the next customer, he greeted a regular, I guess and began waiting on him. We left and drove to another store, Pierce Hardware. We were in and out of Pierce's in less than ten minutes.

Naturally, we will never go to Nob Hill again.

Pierce Hardware is our new favorite Hardware store in Dallas!
